Hello all. I have decided to start writing a bit to accompany my photos, as they may be a bit too enigmatic by their lonesome. This blog process is still quite new for me, and I have been told if I am only willing to post photos I should perhaps consider moving over to flickr. I suppose I will just have to get over my slight phobia of writing things that other humans can easily view…like blogs. I fear blogs yet have one, kooky. Here goes.
I spent this past weekend in Zigzag, Oregon, which is a “blink and you miss it” kind of town resting in the Mount Hood Corridor. My boyfriend’s family owns a cabin there and I was so pleased when we decided to grab a slew of our friends and head up to the mountain for the short holiday weekend (thank you for being a revolutionary MLK). The setting was out of a dream, and thus I have many photos to share. Most of these were taken by Jessica, who snuck out of the house to snap them, whilst I looked for her frantically, convinced she had been devoured by a ferocious beast.
